Who are these workshops suited for?
We get a wide range of participants at our workshops, so wherever you are on your journey feel free to join us if you're interested in learning more about cloth nappies. Pregnant women, fathers-to-be, new mums, first time cloth users, those just curious about cloth, first time parents, parents who used disposables with their first baby and are looking to switch to cloth for their second child, grandparents, nurses... you name it - everybody is welcome!
Can men attend the workshops?
Absolutely! In fact men frequently join our workshops! We don't just cover the 'what' of cloth nappies, we cover the 'how' - that is, how to actually fit a cloth nappy. We set up baby manequins and allow our workshop attendees to have a go and ask questions. It really is alot of fun and a great practical learning experience too!
How much does it cost?
Nothing! Cloth Nappy Workshops offered in collaboration with local councils and independently by Earthside Eco Bums are free. There are often free trial packs given to participants and you will also receive an exclusive bundle offer from us that saves you over $268 on a cloth nappy pack. Sometimes we run special events that have a ticket cost, however this is clearly marked on the event link for ultimate transparency.
How often do you attend City of Busselton Workshops?
We are available at City of Busselton Workshops bi-monthly! We love getting down to the South West and look forward to seeing you there. Check our upcoming workshops for dates and booking links.
Do I need to book?
Yes! Bookings are essential! Numbers are limited at workshops so that all attendees have the opportunity to interact and ask questions. Book now to secure your place.
What will I learn at the workshop?
We cover alot of ground during our workshops, in a fun and engaging manner! Expect to learn about what a cloth nappy is, the different styles and sizes available in the market, how to fit a cloth nappy, how to wash it and how to use it. We'll also give you the information to decide what products you will need to get started, taking into account your budget and how often you want to wash. No questions are off limits!
