Our Cloth Concierge is a free tool available to anyone looking to get some expert help to get started with cloth nappies. Simply book your preferred date and time and you'll be connected with a Cloth Coach who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
A small fee is required for each conult starting at only $10 for our 15minute phone chats.
Absolutely not, our Cloth Concierge is obligation free. We speak with mums-to-be who are at different stages in their journey, from exploring the idea of cloth nappies for their firstborn right through to cloth superstars who are looking to upgrade their collection for various reasons. Our experts will of course present you with products that suit your goals, but it is up to you if you would like to purchase them.
Your Cloth Coach will email you a link that will allow you to connect to a Zoom meeting with the click of a button. Your Cloth Coach will introduce themselves and ask you some easy questions to find out more about how they can help you. Consults are casual chats, don't feel like you have to prepare for anything!
