RETURNS POLICY

The following reasonable conditions apply to our Returns Policy:

Please email us and provide pictures if declaring a manufacturing fault or order error within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items to please be returned in any original, undamaged & unused condition. If we have made a mistake with your order or the items are faulty then we will cover return postage costs where applicable. Please contact us for return postage address.

Non-returnable Items include:

Nappies, Inserts, Covers, Liners and Cloth Mumma Pads. This is due to hygiene and quality control of the product.

We cannot offer a replacement or exchange on sale items and discontinued product, or items purchased as a "preorder".

Please understand we cannot honour returns for items purely due to change of mind. This is at our discretion upon discussion with you and your reason for returning items.
